Last week, we were excited to welcome cameras into SoundSkool to capture the energy, creativity, and community that make our college so special. Our promotional filming day was all about showcasing the real SoundSkool experience, our students, our staff team, and the creative environment where students develop their skills, confidence, and futures through music.
Throughout the day, filming took place across the college and externally, capturing live band rehearsals, music production sessions, studio recording, classroom learning, DJ’ing and student performances. The aim was to document authentic college life and give a true insight into what it means to study at a specialist Music Industry College.
A highlight of the day was hearing directly from our students, who shared their journeys, aspirations, and how SoundSkool has supported their personal and creative growth. Their voices sit at the heart of everything we do. The filming also shone a light on our dedicated staff team of industry professionals who bring real-world knowledge, mentorship, and care into the learning environment every day.
We’re incredibly proud of the culture we’ve built, one that nurtures talent, encourages individuality, and supports young people to take meaningful steps toward their futures.
