Fred is SoundSkool’s much-loved Director of Happiness and takes his role in supporting student and staff wellbeing extremely seriously.With extensive experience in welcoming visitors, boosting morale and making sure nobody takes themselves too seriously, Fred is a popular member of the SoundSkool team. He loves spending time with both students and staff and can often be found making his way around the college checking that everyone is happy, particularly if there is any chance that food might be involved.Fred’s specialist skills include providing unconditional support, encouraging well-earned breaks and bringing a little extra happiness to the working day. He is passionate about the SoundSkool community and believes that every college is better with a dog in it.When he’s not carrying out his Director of Happiness duties, Fred enjoys walks, treats, naps and generally being the centre of attention.His management style is relaxed, approachable and heavily influenced by snacks.
